Embrace the historical significance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s rise to the national spotlight. Find peace through an extensive relaxation of the mind and body. Join Dr. Jeremiah Pearcey as he takes you on a journey through historical moments that led to MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech and the Civil Rights Movement, while creating a calmness and evoking deep relaxation through mindfulness and mind-body focuses. The journey will show you the events that changed the fabric of the United States forever, creating an empathetic connection, while releasing stress/anxiety and creating calmness in the mind and body.
