Vanilla-Cranberry Overnight Oatmeal

 
 

Ingredients:

½ cup regular rolled oats

½ cup plain low-fat yogurt

¼ cup water

¼ tsp. vanilla

1½ Tbsp. almond butter

1 Tbsp. dried cranberries

1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds

½ cup fresh or (thawed) frozen berries

1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds

 

Directions:

Place the oats in a small bowl or canning jar. Add the yogurt, water, and vanilla; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, gently stir in almond butter, dried cranberries, and flaxseeds. Top with berries and almonds.
