Join Dr. Jeremiah Pearcey as he takes you on a journey through historical moments that led to MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech and the Civil Rights Movement, while creating a calmness and evoking deep relaxation through mindfulness and mind-body focuses. The journey will show you the events that changed the fabric of the United States forever, creating an empathetic connection, while releasing stress/anxiety and creating calmness in the mind and body.
