3-Part Series with Dr. Virgil Fry

Monday Evenings, 6:30-8:00pm CT via Zoom
April 12, 19, & 26

$45 Series Pass | $20 Single Session | Free for students

Life is always in flux, even though we humans prefer security and predictability. Transition is challenging, and also a time of growth. Much has occurred on a national and internal scale in the past 12 months. Whatever we are dealing with on a personal level is being heightened by our current pandemic.

Spiritual resilience—the ability to survive and thrive—is available to us with our inner and communal resources. Let’s explore resilience together, hearing of specific spiritual resources from Lifeline Chaplaincy’s Executive Director and a panel of survivors in particular traumas. Three interactive sessions will address how to keep our equilibrium, hope, and even joy through life’s major challenges.
