Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice often described as “dynamic sleep,” allows the body to deeply relax while the mind remains conscious, facilitating an innate healing process. In this 3-part series, we explore and heal patterns of stress, shame, and negative self-talk. The practice will be combined with healing sounds of alchemy crystal bowls.
