Mind-Body Skills group for Boomers! Learn and Practice Stress Reduction Skills from the Beauty of your Home! Whether you are in a high rise or living in your home alone. Creating and finding a sense of local community is of upmost importance during these times. I have been working with the aging population for over the past 15 years incorporating a variety of Wellness Tools from Meditation, Movement, Creativity etc.. This program with CMBM is a great tool to carry this work forward. This new age of online learning is a challenge for many of this generation, so come and learn together! We can support each other over this new learning curve!

I have a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, along with training in Meditation from US San Diego Mindfulness program. I have training with Mindful School Education system. I have been working full time teaching this material at River Oaks Country Club for the past 10 years.
